for various activities and exploration.
Certain activities are based upon season, while others are always available.

Swimming & Sauna

For Norwegians the best thing to do is to jump in the cold sea, and enjoy a steamy sauna afterwards.
Hosnasand is one of the most beautiful beaches in Norway, and our sauna is guaranteed to keep you warm.

Dutchtub is a comfortable and fresh experience, either combined with swimming in the sea, sauna or simply by it´s own. You can by refreshment in the bar to take with you. Perfekt for groups traveling together.

Sea Fishing

Experience real sea fishing in the Norwegian coast. The captain on board will assist you, and give recommendations throughout.

Kayaking and SUP

Enjoy anything from an hour till a full day, out on the sea kayaking. There are various routes to try, so please ask us for advice.

Available in may- September
Our SUP-boards and kayaks are at beginners level.
Kayaks comes without splash guard. Renting includes life jackets and oars. .

Wine tasting with sommelier

The world of flavours in sparkling wines will open up during this tasting. Our sommelier will provide a clear and accurate explanation during the tasting.

Activities on your own

At Stokkøya you may explore various activities without paying for it.

The nature will provide lots of opportunities for hiking, running, bicycling or fishing.
Please ask us for tips for routes you may take, for exploring either the caves or nice view points.
– A hot tips from us, bring your binoculars and go explore both Eagles and other species.

We also have equipment available for volleyball, Boccia and Boule which you may lend from reception.
